Controls:
A (Gameboy Button) - Z (Keyboard key)

D-Pad (Gameboy buttons) - Arrow keys (Keyboard)

To get this into physical hardware, you will need to buy a gameboy cartridge that you can re-program. This will be really technical and I can't help as I have never tried myself.
